Ohio House Committee votes 90-2 to pass Sub HB 343The Ohio House voted unanimously, 90-2, on Wednesday, May 24 to send Substitute House Bill 343 to the Ohio Senate for consideration. Sub HB 343 limits the number of passengers to no more than one who is not a family member for 16-17 year olds. It also extends their night-time driving limits to midnight to 6 a.m. from 1 to 5 a.m. Rep. Tom Raga, sponsor of the bill, may be heard on the House Floor yesterday, and Rep.
